Mumbai. The trailer of Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna starrer ‘Chhaava’ was released recently. It was liked a lot and after seeing the trailer, everyone started praising Akshay and Vicky. But Maharashtra Minister Uday Samant has demanded that ‘Chhaava’ should be shown to experts before release. He has said that many people have raised objections regarding the scenes of the film. He has also said that if the honor of Sambhaji Maharaj is hurt, it will not be tolerated. He has also demanded removal of objectionable scenes from the film. Also warned not to allow the film to be released.
Uday Samant has said that if there is any objectionable scene in ‘Chhaava’ then such a film may have to face criticism. He also praised the makers for showing the life of Sambhaji Maharaj through the film. He wrote on

Uday Samant demands to show ‘Chhava’ to experts before release
Uday Samant further wrote, “Such efforts are necessary to explain the history of Chhatrapati to the world. However, many people have expressed their opinion that there are some objectionable scenes in this film. We believe that this film should not be released without showing it to experts and knowledgeable people. “Anything that hurts the honor of His Majesty will not be tolerated.”
Uday Samant asked to remove the scenes immediately
Uday Samant said, “We believe that the producer and director of the film should take immediate action in this matter and remove the objectionable scenes. Any further decision will be taken after watching the film, otherwise this film will not be allowed to be released!” Earlier, speaking to PTI, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s descendant and former Rajya Sabha MP Sambhajiraje Chhatrapati also expressed his desire to watch the entire film before its release. He said, “I have contacted historians so that mistakes can be removed to present this important story in an authentic manner to audiences around the world.”
