
The actor talked about his upcoming film “Deva” during the podcast. He also shared his experience of growing up with a single parent and his thoughts about parenting.

During the podcast, Shahid Kapoor was also asked which qualities he wanted to acquire from his children and which ones he did not. In response, Shahid said, “Always do the right thing and I always try to do the right thing. Whether I like it or not, whether someone else doesn’t like it, whether it’s harmful for me or not, it doesn’t matter.” “It doesn’t matter. I’ll do the right thing.”

He revealed, “He doesn’t want my kids to do any of my work. There’s a lot of things I don’t want them to take from me. I want them to be naturally more confident, which I think they both Are.’

The actor further said, ‘I was naturally not so confident. I wouldn’t want him to do my work. Don’t come in the picture buddy, do something else, there is a lot of up and down, it is very rough. If he wants to act then it is his choice, but I would say to choose something simple, it is very difficult.”

Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor shared his experience of playing the role of Dev Ambre during the trailer launch event of “Deva”.

The actor said, “Deva is a piece of my heart. For many years, people have been telling me to do a massy film, something that will connect with the masses. For me, this is the next step in my journey.”

Shahid said, “This has been one of the most challenging films of my career. There is so much in Dev’s character that I don’t want to reveal yet. You will have to see it on January 31.”
