Elon Musk told the social media platform x that he will start the beta service of direct-to-saturn from 27 January.

This will be a big step in the field of global mobile connectivity as the dependence on the cell tower on the ground will be reduced after the start of this service.

This service will reduce the dependence of mobile phones on traditional cellular infrastructure and this will bring a new revolution in the communication sector. Users will be able to use service like text, call and internet in any location.

The presence of tower is not possible everywhere, due to which users in the remote area continuously face the problem of connectivity. In easy language, we can also speak this service of Starlink in a cell tower present in space.

Starlink’s satellite internet service already exists and it was used in Ukraine during the war of Ukraine – In the event of a disaster, this service will prove to be effective.
