According to the report, both the application and the website are down. All the users who are being taken on the website are ‘unable to take action due to maintenance on the app and website.

According to the Dowditector, more than 2500 users have complained about this at present, out of which most of which have complained about the website and 28 per cent about the application. This is not the first time IRCTC’s website is down. Even before this, there has been a similar problem in it. Thousands of passengers are facing trouble due to the website down. Especially those people have to cancel their tikat or change the schedule of the journey.
