Sonakshi Sinha Sold Her Flat: Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has sold her Mumbai flat. The actress has sold the flat for Rs 22.50 crore. After the review of the property registration documents, the Inspector General of Inspector General of Registration (IGR) is going on on the website of Square Yards. The price of this flat has been registered in January 2025.
Sonakshi’s resident was located in Bandra West, a very famous area of Mumbai. This place is a favorite of Bollywood stars and celebrities. There are also celebrities like Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone and KL Rahul-Atia Shetty.
Sonakshi Sinha sold his apartment
Explain that this apartment sold by Sonakshi Sinha was part of the Development 81 Oreet Complex by MJ Shah Group. The entire project is spread over 4.48 acres and includes 4 BHK residents. According to IGR documents tested by the square yard, Sonakshi’s apartment had a carpet area of 391.2 square meters (about 4,211 sq ft) and a Blid Up area of 430.32 square meters (about 4,632 sq ft). The sale also includes three parking spaces. For transactions, stamp duty of Rs 1.35 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000 have also been given.
How much profit did Sonakshi Sinha sell for selling apartments?
Sonakshi Sinha bought this apartment for Rs 14.0 crore in March 2020, and its price has increased since then. Now Sonakshi has sold it for Rs 22.50 crore and she has made a profit of 61%. The IGR record shows that Sonakshi still has another apartment in the same 81 Orete Complex. However, the actress is not clear the reasons behind selling their house in this residential area.
